Our trip around the world: details of the travel
530 days of travel across six continents. This is definitely not something that we decide overnight. 18 months of travel, to follow the sun around the globe!
In June 2018 starts the beginning of this long adventure!
We will leave for this trip to Seattle, after having lived there for three years: an extraordinary adventure, with beautiful encounters.
After a short stop in France to renew our passports, and even if most tour-du-mondistes do not necessarily prefer to visit Europe, we plan to spend the summer on the edge of the Mediterranean sea: Italy, Croatia , Montenegro, Albania and then Greece and its islands.
Then in order not to enter the "mon'automne" in Europe we will fly to Singapore, to visit the city, recover from this long journey, and especially allow us to be closer to a continent country that we wish visit for a long time: Oceania / Australia.
After a few weeks of backpacking, camping, road trips, .. we will leave for Asia
A stopover in Bali will allow us to relax a bit after these thousands of kilometers already traveled and we will leave for Southeast Asia to discover Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Malaysia. This part will last a few months.
Do you think Asia is over for us? No ! Next step India! From north to south, we will try to go through Jaipur, Kerala, but also the foothills of the Himalayas. A good month of traveling in India will allow us to discover this country with its particular culture.
From Mumbai, we will leave Asia definitively after almost 5 months ...

Destination ... Johannesburg to continue our journey.
Africa is also a continent hardly visited during the World Tours, we have not made our main step in terms of time spent, however we have a lot of waiting (in terms of encounters, landscapes) countries that we will cross: South Africa, Lesotho, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and thus end up Tanzania and Zanzibar. We still planned to spend 2-3 months in these countries.
At that moment, it will already be 1 year that we will travel, and so the days will count: 6 months remaining in order to finish the big loop. A great classic of more than 90% of the world's tours, South America. We will leave from Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania to Sao Paulo (not obvious to find direct flights, so we will probably go through Cape Town or Johannesburg, but a short stop in Europe can not be excluded).
From Sao Paulo where we will spend a few days, we will leave for Colombia which at this time has a mild weather. We will go down the entire South American continent to Ushuaia. This involves crossing Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina.

Here will end our great loop after crossing 27 countries.
Oh, by the way! This journey is just a guideline to follow, we are quite open to change it along the way.
